Dosage 0.5 1.0 % as wetting agent for masterbatch. 5-10% of total plasticizer for desired viscosity and stiffness required in artificial leather clothing, toys, flooring and other PVC plastisol-based product.

In pigments, Carbon black and phthalocyanine blue are more difficult to disperse. Adwil lube 40 help to improves dispersion of Carbon black & phthalocyanine blue pigments. Used in Polyolefin/ PVC colour masterbatch. It acts as a special wetting and dispersing component adsorbed on particle surface reduce the interactive forces between particles and prevent re- agglomeration. Reduce pin-holes as it release air from PVC paste. Improved surface finish/quality of end-product.
