Product Properties It is non-volatile in nature. It remains in the formulation after curing and adds volume to the product. In pigments, Carbon black and phthalocyanine blue are more difficult to disperse. Adwil lube 40 help to improves dispersion of Carbon black & phthalocyanine blue pigments. Used in Polyolefin/ PVC colour masterbatch. It acts as a special wetting and dispersing component adsorbed on particle surface reduce the interactive forces between particles and prevent re- agglomeration. Reduce pin-holes as it release air from PVC paste. Improved surface finish/quality of end-product.

Dosage 0.5 1.0 % as wetting agent for masterbatch. 5-10% of total plasticizer for desired viscosity and stiffness required in artificial leather clothing, toys, flooring and other PVC plastisol-based product.
