Suggested Application PE, PP TPE, Film, Injection molding application. Dosage 0.1-0.25% for film grades 0.2-0.5% for injection molding grades

Properties
Product Properties It can be used as high efficiency slip agent and opening agent for LDPE, LLDPE, blown PP film, Water quenched blown films. Used as anti-sticking agent and slip agent for Polylactic acid degradable film. It has function of smoothness, anti-sticking, and anti-fouling in the ink, delaying the sedimentation of pigment and fillers, helping re-dispersion, increasing the abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness. It can be used as mold release agent and surface smoothing and brightening agent for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluro- rubber as lubricant and mold release agent for engineering plastics. It enhances gloss and surface finish.
